During the search process we were on a very tight timeline to find an acceptable unit and make an offer. Fortunately, we chose Mitch Mann as our realtor during this process. Even though Mitch was very busy working with multiple other clients, he was always available to us in scheduling showings. He is a wealth of local knowledge and is very efficient in his job. Within 3-4 days we had looked at multiple units, made a couple of offers and ultimately closed a binding offer before leaving town. He was excellent during the time leading up to our closing and always available to answer questions in a very timely manner.
