When we first met Mary Jane, we knew our prayers had been answered. As long distance purchasers, we had been disappointed with the commitment and competency of the agents we engaged with on line. After a few frustrating outings, we decided to get a "real " real estate agent. We walked into the Beachfront Mann Realty office and we were immediately impressed by the quality of the office staff and agents. During the search process we were on a very tight timeline to find an acceptable unit and make an offer. Fortunately, we chose Mitch Mann as our realtor during this process. Even though Mitch was very busy working with multiple other clients, he was always available to us in scheduling showings. He is a wealth of local knowledge and is very efficient in his job. Within 3-4 days we had looked at multiple units, made a couple of offers and ultimately closed a binding offer before leaving town. He was excellent during the time leading up to our closing and always available to answer questions in a very timely manner. Early in July 2021 I met with Tim and Sean Mann to get an appraisal of my beach front condo.  Both men were very professional.  Tim Mann was very knowledgeable of real estate (beach front) properties. He knows the market very well.  He in turn uses reputable marketing publications. Photography is some of the best.  After posting the details of my property two prospective buyers were identified. Tim immediately informed me of all the details in terms of the property offers. Tim was open to my questions and input. It was a great working relationship.  I highly recommend Tim.  In July 2021 I also with Sean Mann who served as a broker in my condo transaction. He immediately gave me a price range for my condo. At closing my condo sold within that price range. My expectations were further enhanced by his checking with his main office on the sales of other properties.  Sean also gave me the full sale value after adjustments several weeks before closing. At closing there was no change in this data.  Sean is highly professional and knowledgeable about real estate (beach front) properties. I highly recommend Sean. read less

We tried several other means of finding a beach front condo for us to rent for a month without luck.  Then we remembered seeing the big ad in the sky.  With great luck, our contact at BFMR was Mary Jane. After hearing what we wanted, she suggested a great unit that turned out to exceed our expectations. She also followed up after we got settled in to insure that everything was as promised. We lived at that time, and still do, in New Jersey.  That purchase went smoothly and without a hitch.  When it came time to sell our same condo (we listed in June 2021 and was closed by July 13,2021)we reached out to Cindy again.  We were in New Jersey and Cindy Henderson went over and above to make our sale not only very profitable for us but once again a very smooth and secure sale. We have had six buying/selling transactions with... read moreWe cannot speak highly enough about Sean Mann, Broker at Beach Front Realty. We have had six buying/selling transactions with his office over the years and if possible each one gets more exceptional. Recently we called him and expressed a desire in possibly listing our current property on Hutchinson Island. Within in a couple hours he was at our condo discussing various aspects of the market, answering our questions, providing comps for our building and the area in general, etc. He told us nothing needed to be changed about the unit and immediately called in a professional photographer. The photos blew us away--what a sharp presentation was made for our property. It was listed and under contract within 24 hours from the first folks that looked at it.  The next business day an inspection was performed and Sean arranged for vendors to fix minor repairs. We did nothing! The entire process was seamless from listing to closing.  Sean's hard work and his knowledge of what it takes to sell and get to closing is unsurpassed. He quickly answered each of our phone calls, texts, and emails within minutes and we were one of many listings in his busy office.  His professionalism, knowledge, honesty and hard work is much respected and appreciated by us as well as others in the area/real estate market. It was a challenging transaction with an out-of-town seller as well as pending assessments on the property and the need to transfer utilities before the actual closing as the home had already been rented out just prior to the closing.  The Cable had been switched off and it was very difficult getting the cable re-instated long distance.  Maryjane, the selling broker, kept on top of things with constant communication between all parties involved, including the seller, the attorney, the HOA, us, the closing company, the utility companies and other parties and we were able to close on the scheduled date.  After the deal closed she took over the management of the property and handled all interactions with the tenants and transfer applications and other paperwork.  Her knowledge of Jensen Beach and her expertise in beach rental property was very helpful to us as she took care of all the details.  She was always on time and cheerful and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth closing. read less
