					To be clear, Beachfront Mann Realty  was not my agent, they were the agent of the seller who I was purchasing from.  My agent proved herself ill equipped and quite frankly nearly lost me the purchase. I actually reached out to the sellers agent (Sean Mann), and he saved the day!  Within minutes of speaking with Sean on the phone I knew I was in good hands, and was extremely appreciative for him helping me when I wasn’t even his client.  He had the deal done within a week!  I am happy to have met him, and would highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for oceanfront property in the Hutchinson Island area.

					I worked with Lynn Barbati who was very accommodating.She went above and beyond what other realtors did and even returned the X boxes to Xfinity for me. She also made sure the condo was in excellent condition prior to each open house. She even waited for a repairman from the security company to fix a minor repair to the system.  I would recommend Lynn Barbati and all of her Assistants. She was so efficient when I was buying the condo fifteen years ago, that I didn't hesitate to hire her again for the sale of the condo years later.
