Experience horseback riding on the beach with a short drive North on A1A to Fort Pierce Beach (you may need to call ahead to reserve your ride). Drive a few minutes further to the Inlet and walk out onto the famous Jetty where you’ll feel as though you’re in the Caribbean as you look out at the crystal blue water. You will be the envy of all your friends when you share your photos with them! Watch for manatees who like to swim up and say, “hi”. There are nice restaurants here so make an afternoon of it and enjoy a refreshing beverage & a bite to eat along the water as you watch boats go by. Stay for the sunset and listen to a local musician or band.
